PRESENTATION SKILLS
These voice-based courses focus on presenting skills, communication skills and public speaking.
They all require active participation and benefit from personal practice.

1. Presentation Skills and Professional Speaking - 1 day for 6-8
2. Advanced communication skills for Senior Managers - Half day for 1- 3
The course includes role play, impact exercises, handling difficult situations as well as covering some of the issues below:
• Healthy and unhealthy voice production
• Centring for impact: how posture affects the voice and how you look
• How and when to breathe
• Clarity of speech and pace
• Visuals
• Finding your expressivity
• The audience and how to reach them
Methods of training can include:
• Prior assessment
• One to one or group training
• Seeing for yourself what is needed - short video session
• Practical exercises and demonstrations
• Individual and group feedback
• Homework
• Practice tapes
